ERP, POS & CRM Adoption — Make the System You Already Paid For Work

We do not sell licences. We make systems get used.

Digital tools bought, not adopted: the licence is paid, the workflows are broken and the real data still lives in chats and spreadsheets. We sit on your side of the table — defining what the business needs, choosing the system without a commission, and staying through go-live until people work in it every day.

Why projects fail

Why ERP projects fail in owner-managed companies

The software is rarely the problem. These are the causes we meet most often.

No one wrote down the requirement

The vendor demonstrated what the product does well, not what the business needs.

Processes were never decided

The system was configured around today's habits — including the bad ones.

Dirty master data

Duplicate customers, items without units or costs, opening balances that do not reconcile.

No internal owner

The project belonged to the vendor and an overworked accountant.

Training on the last day

Users saw the system once and went back to Excel the following week.

Reports as an afterthought

Management never received anything useful, so they stopped asking for data to be entered.

Scope

What we do, from selection to adoption

StageOur role
RequirementsProcess walk-throughs and a requirements document ranked must-have, should-have and nice-to-have.
SelectionA shortlist, scripted vendor demonstrations, reference calls and a scored comparison including five-year cost.
ContractScope, milestones, acceptance criteria and payment terms reviewed before you sign.
DesignChart of accounts, item and customer structures, approval workflows, VAT and e-invoicing configuration.
Data migrationCleansing, mapping, trial loads and reconciliation of opening balances.
Testing and trainingTest scripts based on your real transactions; role-based training and one-page user guides.
Go-live and adoptionOn-site support through the first month-end, then usage monitoring until the old spreadsheets are retired.

Selection

How we compare ERP systems for an SME

CriterionWhat we test
Functional fitYour must-have requirements demonstrated on your own scenarios, not the vendor's script.
UAE complianceVAT return support, corporate tax reporting, WPS payroll, Arabic invoices and readiness for e-invoicing through an Accredited Service Provider.
Local partnerSize, experience in your sector, references you can call, and who will actually be on your project.
Five-year costLicences, implementation, customisation, hosting, support and the internal time required.
Ease of useWhether a storekeeper or cashier can be trained in a day.
Reporting and integrationWhether management reports, POS, e-commerce and bank feeds connect without custom development.
ExitWhether you can take your data with you if the relationship ends.

Retail and F&B

POS systems for retail and restaurants

A point-of-sale system is a control as much as a till. We configure item and recipe masters, discount and void permissions, shift closing and cash-up, stock deduction and the integration to accounting — so daily sales, cost of sales and VAT flow to the books without retyping.

Sales teams

CRM implementation that salespeople do not resent

A CRM fails when it is a reporting burden. We design the pipeline around how your deals really progress, keep the mandatory fields to a minimum, connect quotations and email, and give sales managers one weekly pipeline view they actually use.

Independent by design. We are not a reseller and take no commission from any vendor. Our experience spans mid-market ERP including Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as the cloud accounting platforms most SMEs use — we recommend what fits your size, sector and budget. With corporate tax in force and mandatory e-invoicing arriving in 2027, the system decision now has a compliance dimension too.

Common questions

Questions owners ask

Which ERP is best for an SME in the UAE?
There is no single answer. It depends on sector, number of entities, inventory complexity, budget and the local partner's quality. We run a structured selection so the decision rests on your requirements rather than on the best sales presentation.
Are you an ERP vendor or partner?
No. We are independent and earn nothing from licence sales, which lets us advise you, negotiate for you and hold the vendor to the contract.
Our ERP is already installed but nobody uses it properly. Can you help?
Yes — this is the most common request. We review configuration, data and processes, agree a recovery plan with the vendor, retrain users and track adoption until the system is the only source of numbers.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
For an SME, three to six months from contract to go-live is typical, depending on modules and data quality. Selection before that usually takes four to six weeks.
Does our system need to be ready for UAE e-invoicing?
Yes. From 1 January 2027 for businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more, and from 1 July 2027 for others, invoices must be issued in a structured format through an Accredited Service Provider. We include this in requirements and vendor evaluation.
Do you manage the project as well?
Yes. We can act as your project manager throughout — see business project management.
